  1. Due to copyright regulations, image-on-it are unable to reproduce photographs taken by a professional photographer, without their permission.
  2. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which should be added to the total price, including postage and packing. VAT number 651786608. There is no VAT on children's clothes.
  3. Customers are advised to copy photographs, or ensure they have the negative, in the unlikely event that they are lost in the postal system.
  4. As the product has been made specifically for you, refunds cannot be made unless the item is damaged on arrival, or defective.
  5. Delivery is normally within 7 working days following receipt of payment.
  6. Your photographs will be returned.
